Mission, TX — The Rio Grande Valley Diabetes Association (RGVDA) is proud to announce its 18th Annual Gala, “Dancing with the Stars of Hidalgo County,” scheduled for October 18, 2025, at the Mission Events Center. This highly anticipated event brings together community leaders, local celebrities, and dedicated supporters to raise funds for diabetes prevention, education, and early detection programs tailored specifically for Valley residents.

This year’s Gala will feature a star-studded lineup of Celebrity Dancers, including Lucy Regalado, Laura Disque, Zeke Moya, Thelma Tamez, Sandy Torres, Abraham Garcia, Benny Lopez, PA-C, Claudia Lopez, Rebecca Trevino DDS, Dr. Juan Serrato, Praveen Vijhani, Grecia Padilla, Moises Segovia, Dr. Henry Herrera, and Dr. Monzer Yaji.
